Crime According to the DOC, Brian Womble conspired with his brother, Paul Speer, to kill Adan and Enriqueta Soto. Speer was in jail awaiting trial for a burglary he committed with his other brother, Chris Womble, at the Soto residence. While Speer was in jail, he and Womble, plotted over the phone to kill the Soto's who were to be witnesses in Speer's burglary trial. In the early hours of May 25, 2002, Womble broke into the Soto residence and shot Adan and Enriqueta while they slept with their baby boy between them. Enriqueta awoke in pain, not knowing she had been shot and called 911 after failing to wake Adan. Enriqueta, then 30 was permanently debilitated. Adan, 42 died with his arms around his son. Her sister, Kelly Repking, was driving the vehicle, and her three-year-old niece, Paige Garner, was also a passenger. After hitting the Repking vehicle, Appellant got out of his car, shattered the passenger-side window of the Repking vehicle, and began beating Christina's face into the dashboard. Mona Shelton Mickey D. Thomas Is an inmate on death row in the state of Arkansas. He were born 09/25/1974 Crime Thomas went on a crime spree in Oklahoma and Arkansas which included the murders of Mona Shelton and Donna Cary in Arkansas on June 14, 2004. Thomas shot Shelton and Cary execution style while robbing a monument store. Thomas then stole a car at gunpoint and was apprehended after a police chase. Thomas was also charged in Oklahoma with the murder of Geraldine Jones, which occurred during a home invasion robbery. Thomas’ criminal history included kidnapping and robbery convictions. Billy Thessing Is an inmate on death row in the state of Arkansas. He were born 09/11/1968 Crime On February 17, 2003, Susan Basinger Sweet went to the home of her mother, Mattie Basinger, a sixty-seven year old cancer survivor.   She discovered that Ms. Basinger's car was not there.   She sent her son, Jeremiah, into the home first, but Susan and her children entered subsequently and found Ms. Basinger dead.   They immediately went outside and called the Little Rock Police Department. Takeisha Gilbert, a patrol officer for the department, was the first police officer to arrive at the scene.   She observed blood throughout the house and found Ms. Basinger's body in the bedroom.   The autopsy later revealed that Ms. Basinger had a total of six stab and cutting wounds on multiple parts of her body.   She also received blunt force wounds to her head. Justin Anderson Is an inmate on death row in the state of Arkansas. He were born 03/21/1981 Crime On the morning of October 12, 2000, eighty-seven-year-old Clara Creech was found shot to death in the front yard of her home.   During the investigation into her death, police investigators obtained Anderson's name as a suspect in Ms. Creech's murder.   After talking with Anderson's brother, Maurice, who implicated Anderson in the Creech murder, state police officers went to Anderson's home in Lewisville.   Anderson was nineteen years old at the time.   At about 2:30 p.m. that same day, Anderson, according to Sergeant Jeff Jester of the Arkansas State Police, was advised that he was free to leave, that he was not under arrest, and that the police wanted him to accompany them downtown to answer some questions.   He was handcuffed and went with the state police officers to the Lafayette County Sheriff's Office.   At some point during this time frame
