Crime

According to Arkansas Online, He was convicted in the deaths of Kevin Barkley Jones and Kendall Rachell Rice, both 24. Police say Decay confessed to killing the couple because he believed they had broken into his apartment and stolen marijuana and a gun. Decay later denied killing the couple. According to the state, On the morning of April 3, 2007, Janis Jones, mother of Kevin Jones, found Kevin and his girlfriend, Kendall Rice, shot and dead in their apartment. During the course of the investigation, law enforcement officers came into contact with Decay. After being interviewed, Decay eventually confessed his responsibility in the shooting of Kevin Jones and Kendall Rice. He was tried by a jury on April 21, 2008.

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway. He then pushed his grandfather to the floor and grabbed a knife that was lying on the nearby kitchen table. As his grandfather rose from the floor, Barnett kicked him in the head, and when he fell to the floor again, Barnett stabbed him repeatedly in the neck area.
