Justin H. Thomas is an inmate on death row in the state of California.. Crime Fearing he would be turned in to police, Thomas in 1992 killed a man, Rafael Noriega who sold him meth. In 1996 he killed a woman, Regina Hartwell, in Texas, for which he received a life term. Appellant and the murder victim, Regina Hartwell, met each other through a mutual friend, Kim LeBlanc. According to LeBlanc, who testified for the State, appellant and Hartwell did not get along because each resented the time LeBlanc spent with the other. Ignacio A. Tafoya is an inmate on death row in the state of California.. Crime Tafoya shot two men, Gerald Lee Skillman, and Steven Francis Rita to death during a drug-related robbery. Dale Middleton is a white man who has been on death row in the state of Florida since 10/19/12. Crime He was convicted of Premeditated 1st Degree Murder, committed on 07/28/09.  On the morning of July 28, 2009, Middleton rode around with his girlfriend's roommate, Steve Britnell, for a period of time looking for drugs. The two eventually found methamphetamine around twelve or one o'clock that afternoon. They returned to Middleton's trailer and shared the methamphetamine. At this time, Garrett Wade Fowler and his girlfriend were also at the trailer. Charles Rienhardt is a Caucasian on death row in the state of Arizona. He was convicted on 05/20/1996. Crime According to the DOC, One of Reinhardt's friends introduced the victim, Michael Ellis, to Reinhardt for the purpose of helping Reinhardt purchase methamphetamine. On September 4, 1995, Reinhardt, a female friend, Ellis, and his male contact person met at Charles Nadeau's apartment to negotiate the deal. Reinhardt gave the male $1,180 cash so he could get the methamphetamine, and Ellis stayed behind as "collateral". After several hours when the drugs did not arrive, Reinhardt and Nadeau threatened Ellis with physical injury and demanded either the money or the drugs.
