Donald Delahanty is a Mexican American on death row in the state of Arizona. He was convicted on 05/27/2009.

Crime

According to the DOC, On May 10, 2005, Officer David Uribe - a 22-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Force, conducted a license plate check on a vehicle while driving on I-17. The result of the check indicated the vehicle was stolen. He pulled the vehicle over near the intersection of Cactus Road and 31st Avenue. Delahanty was in the passenger seat; Christopher Wilson was the driver, and a third man was sitting in the back seat. According to testimony presented at trial, Wilson handed his gun to Delahanty in an effort to conceal it from Officer Uribe. Officer Uribe then came to the driver's window and asked Wilson to turn the car off and also for his driver's license. Delahanty instantly lunged over Wilson and shot Officer Uribe three times, striking him in the head, face, and neck. Wilson sped away and the three men abandoned the vehicle a few blocks down the road. Delahanty and Wilson were arrested two days later. Wilson plead guilty to second-degree murder and testified against Delahanty at trial

    Scumbag. Looks proud of what he did. Not bright either. He turned a stolen auto charge into his own death penalty. For what! Abso fricking lutely nothing.

      Quite a stupid thing to say that he looks proud. They don't pose for picture with the instructions "look the way you feel about the crime". Feel whatever you want about the crime but don't be stupid yourself if you're going to say that others aren't bright.

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway.
