Frank Atwood is a Caucasian on death
row in the state of Arizona. He was convicted on 05/08/87.
Crime
According to the DOC, Atwood had been
convicted of lewd and lascivious acts and kidnapping an 8-year-old
boy in California. In May 1984, he was paroled from the kidnapping
sentence. Atwood came to Tucson in September 1984 in violation of his
California parole. On September 17, 8-year-old Vicky Lynn Hoskinson
was riding her bicycle home from mailing a letter. Atwood kidnapped
the girl and killed her. He left her body in the desert and fled to
Texas, where he was apprehended. Vicky's body was not found until
April 1985

He has been on death row for 3 tomes the years vicki was alive she passed away at 8 years old she was murdered thatsway to many years for her mother to get peace and for vicki to get justice. Whats wrong with picture. He looks happy in his picture.

DeleteThe pain the victim's families feel must be unbearable to have the case drug in and out of appeals. If you are promised death, death is what it should be. It truly is reserved for the worst of the worst.

ReplyDeleteI would love to be the executioner for this scum of the earth. The problem with our judicial system, a child kidnapper is out on parole? This weirdo smells of repeat offender; take that smirk off his face. Wasn't a Bush fan but he kept the electric bill for the state of Texas high, pulling that lever often! Some people don't deserve the death penalty, because 23/1 or less can be just as bad; where they bring the shower to your cell. Pedophiles and child killers and rapist are the worst kind of scum, and general population usually handles them quickly, and they run to PC up.
ReplyDeleteWhile Texas has used the electric chair in the past, every execution since Texas resumed in the 1980s has been by lethal injection. As far as I know they do not use an “lethal injection machine” so I think the power bill is quite affordable. Now the cost of state and federal appeals is usually millions for each execution with some cases costing 8 figures in some states.

ReplyDeleteThey did with the liberal courts that have been created HOWEVER, I'm at this exact moment talking to my daughter whom works at this prison where this guy is located and I'm going through and looking at inmates that she see's every work day she shows up to the prison some of these pieces of shit are NOW waiting for the day they kill him, starting next month. It's been considered against our commandments (8th) "crewel and unusual punishment" OF SOME OF THESE PIECES OF SHIT THAT RAPED, KILLED, DISMEMBERED AND SPREAD THEIR BODY PARTS ALL OVER THIS STATE OF ARIZONA!!!! And this was considered "crewel and unusual" with such actions!!!

That many years on death row. It really shouldn't be called death row, but rather live row, because the judicial system allows a monster to stay alive many years after the victim was brutally murdered by a viscious killer! 👍
