Cherie L. Rhoades is on death row in the state of California. In March of 2019, the state halted executions, leaving death row in the air. As someone who has seen every crime that was committed to earn this sentence, it is truly reserved for the worst of the worst, and he or she will likely serve life in prison if the death penalty is no longer an option.

Crime

Rhoades, the former chairwoman of the Cedarville Rancheria Tribe of Northern Paiute, first shot and then stabbed victims during a tribal meeting to decide if she would be evicted from tribal housing.

Troy Kell Utah

Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black. Crime He was convicted of the 1994 murder of inmate Lonnie Blackmon inside the Utah State Prison in Gunnison.
