Franklin Davis is a black male inmate on death row in the state of Texas. He was born on 01/17/1982 and convicted in Dallas County and sentenced to death on 11/21/2013 . The crime occurred on 09/06/2012.

Crime

Franklin Davis admitted to shooting 16-year-old Shania Gray two times at an Irving park in September 2012 after picking her up from school in Carrollton. He then stepped on her throat to stop her breathing. At the time, Davis was poised to stand trial on a charge that he sexually assaulted Shania. He has repeatedly denied that charge and said during the trial that he killed Shania to keep her from testifying against him.

    Dude is straight lying, he thought his little “scheme” was going to be enough to deflect suspicion from himself, but it didn’t, now he’s gonna sit on DR for 20 years or get commuted to life and die in a prison hospital handcuffed to the bed.

      I have been in jail and I will tell you this death is to good for him he should spend the rest of his life in a cage if I had a 5 year sentence in prison I would take death over doing the nickel so for y'all that say he deserves to die no just commute home to life and throw him in to general population no protective custody LMFAO

      If his case is accurate, raping his daughter, and three years later killing her cause, "she ruined his life", is the reason there is a death penalty. Any minute that he stays alive is an injustice to the victim and family.

    Just saw the story on TV about how this sack of S**T raped and murdered a very lovely young lady. This girl had SO MUCH POTENTIAL to have lived a wonderful life, and positively impact so many others! Sad to think that this ANIMAL (Franklin Davis) is still consuming the same air the rest of us have to breathe... wasting the tax dollars of every Texas citizen in doing so! I suspect his date with death will also correspond with his first day in HELL...and rightfully so! I only hope that the "feel good" political climate of today doesn't impact Texas carrying out the well deserved death sentence given this s**t bucket! Wish I could have been there to have stopped Davis...permanently... from carrying out his heinous deeds!
    I indeed pray that young 16 year old Shania Grey is enjoying ALL of the the rewards that Heaven has to offer.... and conversely, expect Satan is working overtime to come up with an appropriate welcome for Franklin Davis' first day of an eternity in HELL! Not very Christian of me at this moment... but after seeing this drama unfold on TV, I don't have a lot of forgiveness in my heart at this time, or ANY sense of compassion for this wicked animal.
    My heart goes out to Shania's family and friends... I think they were very blessed to have had her in their lives... even though she was taken from them WAY TOO SOON... through the wickedness of another.

    He is coming on as the victim. He lured this poor child to her death. He planned it to get out of the rape, which was bad enough. You can tell that he is putting on a good show, poor me show. He murdered an innocent child now he has to pay.the piper. He will meet his ultimate Judge.

Troy Kell Utah

Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black.
