John L. Capistrano California

John L. Capistrano is on death row in the state of California. In March of 2019, the state halted executions, leaving death row in the air. As someone who has seen every crime that was committed to earn this sentence, it is truly reserved for the worst of the worst, and he or she will likely serve life in prison if the death penalty is no longer an option.

Crime

Capistrano in 1995 strangled and cut the wrists cut of a man whose apartment he robbed, and in a second incident, invaded the home of a couple, raping the woman. In the same month, he invaded two more residences and attempted to kill one man by cutting his throat and beating his head with a baseball bat.

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway. He then pushed his grandfather to the floor and grabbed a knife that was lying on the nearby kitchen table. Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black.
