Justin Eugene Thurber is a white inmate on death row in Kansas. He was born on March 14, 1983 and was sentenced to death on March 20, 2009 in Cowley County.

Crime


His victims was JS (name redacted due to the nature of the crime). On Tuesday, January 9, 2007, divers located J.S.'s submerged car in the lake. Officers recovered another flip-flop sandal matching the earlier one. At the Kaw Wildlife Area, searchers found J.S.'s naked body in a wood pile.
The State charged Thurber with two alternative counts of capital murder: one alleging J.S. was the victim of attempted rape and the second alleging she was the victim of aggravated criminal sodomy. The State also charged Thurber with one count of aggravated kidnapping and filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty based on a single aggravating circumstance—the murder was committed in an especially heinous, atrocious, or cruel manner.

    If anyone ever deserved death it is this monster. I researched this case and what is available to the public, he is a monster. To claim he is developmentally delayed as a last Hail Mary is obscene and insulting to the victim and the victims family. He planned out a very intricate murder and would have gotten away with it if not for his ex girlfriend remembering a remark he made about hiding a body. He planned and carried out the rape and murder of an innocent young woman. He showed no remorse and the lawyers are just grasping at whatever they can. When you look at what he did, how he planned it and how close he got to getting away with it, there is no way he is delayed. He is devious and smart enough to fake it. If they allow him to live I hope it is in that tiny cell for 23 hours a day with no human contact because he does not deserve to breath. May his should be sent straight to hell! God bless her family. No parent should ever have to endure this pain.

      The death penalty is an additional "life sentence" to the victim's family, every time they appeal they relive the whole thing. Better to get LWOP and allow them to be forgotten.

    He left a note on my car less than a week before this happened to her. Jodi was one of the sweetest people I've ever met! I hope he gets the death penalty or can never get out of jail. He cut my tires outside my friends house when he lived across the street and tried to run around acting like he didn't know who did it! My heart breaks but if he wouldn't have gotten caught he would have kept doing it! My heart goes out to Jodi parents because that girl was perfect! They did such an amazing job raising her. She never did one bad thing to anyone! Love and miss her! I know she would be something amazing because that's the kind of girl she was ♡

Troy Kell Utah

Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black.
