According to the Denver Post, Dunlap, 44, was sentenced to death after he was convicted in 1993 of eight counts of first-degree murder for shootings at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in Aurora. Dunlap was 19 when he gunned down employees, who were closing the business for the night. His victims were Colleen O'Connor, Benjamin Grant, Sylvia Crowell, Marge Kohlberg

In 1996, a jury convicted the defendant, Nathan Dunlap, of four counts of first-degree murder for the killing of three teenagers and a middle-aged woman at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant on December 14, 1993; the jury imposed the death penalty for these crimes.

Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway.
