Roger D. Epperson Kentucky

Roger D. Epperson is an inmate on death row in the state of Kentucky. He was born 05/19/50 Sentence commuted to Life without parole in November 2019.

Crime

Epperson was sentenced to death on june 20 1986 in letcher county for the murder of Tammy Acker. The murder occurred when Epperson and two accomplices entered the home of a Fleming Kentucky physician on the night of August 8 1985. They choked the man unconscious and stabbed his daughter Tammy Acker to death while robbing him of  handguns and jewelry. He was arrested in Florida on August 15 1985. He also received a second death sentence for the murder of Bessie and Edwin Morris in their home in gray Hawk Kentucky on June 16 1985.

    The bottom line is that he deserves the death penalty but becauze of missteps in the appellate court system, and wishes of the victims family for closure, he gets to live. All of those who took part in this home invasion, robbery, murder deserve to die for it.

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway.
