He was convicted of 2 counts of Premeditated 1st Degree Murder, committed on 08/22/91. On 08/22/91, the bodies of Susan and Michael MacIvor were found in their home in Tavernier Key by concerned neighbors and coworkers.  Ms. MacIvor was eight months pregnant.

    Hay q ser tan o mas enfermo q el para escribirle. No entiendo porque algunos estados con pena de muerte tardan tanto en ejecutar. Tienen a estos sicopatas viviendo años a costa del gobierno y los impuestos del pueblo., teniendo relacion con sus familias, casandosw y hasta teniendo hijos. Algo q no pueden hacer sus victimas. No..la ejecucion debiera ser inmediata.
