Crime

He was convicted of 2 counts of Premeditated 1st Degree Murder, committed on 09/24/03. On September 24, 2003, Rigterink stabbed to death Jeremy Jarvis and Allison Sousa.

According to reports, Jarvis ran from his home to a nearby office after being attacked and stabbed by Rigterink. Sousa, who worked as a secretary, tried to call for help, but Rigterink entered the office and attacked Sousa, stabbing her. Both Sousa and Jarvis died from the stabbed wounds. Jarvis was stabbed 22 times and Sousa was stabbed six times.

Rigterink was arrested on October 15, 2003, and during a police interview which was videotaped, Rigterink admitted to having "snap shop" recall about the attack and provided police with a hand drawn diagram of where the attack took plac

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway. He then pushed his grandfather to the floor and grabbed a knife that was lying on the nearby kitchen table. As his grandfather rose from the floor, Barnett kicked him in the head, and when he fell to the floor again, Barnett stabbed him repeatedly in the neck area.
