Crime

The state said that Le and his accomplice stole $1,300 from the Nguyen family. But before the suspects left Big Ridge Road, DA Keith Miller said Le helped brutally murder Minh Huynh, and her daughters Thanh and Thuy Nguyen.

His victim were Minh, Thanh and Thuy Nguyen, a mother and her two daughters.

Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway.
