    I grew up in Vienna Illinois with Tim. He was a friend of mine. We lost track of each other several years before this happened. He was a nice guy when we were young. This is where evil can lead. So sad.

      Tim moved to Kernersville, NC (right outside Winston Salem) and we worked together in my early 20's. We ran around with a couple of guys from work and he was always one of the sweetest guys I knew. We lost touch when I had my daughter and he lost his way. It just goes to show you how drugs can turn a person completely around! I still talk to his sister's when I see them.

    Tim and I were off and on as buddy's .I will never forget him telling me one time when we were late teenagers that he had a chemical imbalance of his brain .And he did in his own way seem to be a bit off.Im sure sober he wouldn't have even ever imagined doing this terrible thing that landed him on death row.I know he had heart and a lot of good in him it's just a shame that drugs definitely provoked this behavior and totally misrepresenting Timothy Hartford as a person.

Troy Kell Utah

Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black. Crime He was convicted of the 1994 murder of inmate Lonnie Blackmon inside the Utah State Prison in Gunnison.
