    Gary Wayne Sutton is innocent. The detectives lied. the procecution lied. The jurorers were seen with newspapers and talking to victims family. TBI agents planted evidence. Transcripts are missing. If you dont beleive what o am saying do ur own onvestigation. Mr. Suttons death row lawyer did not let him read over appeals before filed and laughed in his brothers face when tried to talk to her. Judge Montgomery granted Mr Sutton a new trial but another judge Tipton went behind him and denied it. Those documents cant be found. A witness came forth and stated she lied. That didnt matter. NO DNA . Had other suspects did not investigate them. This is the most messed up case on death row but noone will help this man.

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway. He then pushed his grandfather to the floor and grabbed a knife that was lying on the nearby kitchen table. As his grandfather rose from the floor, Barnett kicked him in the head, and when he fell to the floor again, Barnett stabbed him repeatedly in the neck area.
