Afflicted with Capgras' Syndrome, Haag believes an identical-looking imposter kidnapped and murdered Richard Good in 1982, the crime for which a Berks County jury found him guilty and sentenced him to die by lethal injection. He also believes he is being controlled and sterilized by his prison food, according to court documents

    Randy Haag raped me 45 years ago when I was 12 years old. First he groomed me into thinking that he loved me and for 2 years had me in his devious cluches.
    My father ran him off the road by car and held a gun on him. Randy Haag was ruthless and and would not stop stalking me for years even after I was married.
    At age 14 he put a choke hold on me when I told him I wanted him to leave me alone. He forced me out of my 7th grade classes one day and my parents called the police. So many sad memories and the way he affected not only myself but my parents is something I will never forgive.
    I am a survivor of his delusions and I am so grateful that he didn't murder me.

Troy Kell Utah

Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black.
