Crime

According to Oregon Live, A Washington County jury sentenced Serrano to death for the 2006 shooting of Melody Dang, 37, and sons Steven, 15, and Jimmy, 12. Prosecutors said Serrano was seeking revenge against Mike Nguyen, Dang's partner. Nguyen had an affair with Serrano's wife, Melinda, and got her pregnant. Melinda Serrano testified in court that her husband beat her, raped her and left her so terrified that she was unable to take their five children and leave him. She filed for divorce in 2011.

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway. He then pushed his grandfather to the floor and grabbed a knife that was lying on the nearby kitchen table. As his grandfather rose from the floor, Barnett kicked him in the head, and when he fell to the floor again, Barnett stabbed him repeatedly in the neck area.
