    I was in a cell for a couple years next to noel while he was in trial for this and from what i gather is he was young on heavy drugs and committing crimes with a co. Defendant that was on a entirely different level hes truly sorry for his part in it he has truly turned his life over to jehova and i would not be afraid to bring him around my family by no means am i down playing the severity of the crime my heart goes out to the victim and her family i think noel is somewhat a victim as well i know in my heart had u told him that his crime would end up this way he would not have went

    You are talking about a monster who hogtied, tortured, and slit the throat of a beautiful innocent young angel with her whole life ahead of her. I will celebrate and rejoice in his death the day he is terminated.

    That POS girlfriend of Ron Tran should be named! Too bad she’s not serving any time. It was her idea and she was granted FULL IMMUNITY for her testimony. 🤔sounds kosher!?!??

Troy Kell Utah

Troy Kell is an inmate on death row in the state of Utah.He is infamous because HBO made a documentary about his murder called American Gladiator. He was in prison for life on a previous murder where he killed a man who had alleged molested a friend of his (dysfunctional white knighting) when he and others killed an inmate who was black.
