Crime

During a bungled drug robbery, Sanders and accomplices hit one of the victims, Janice Allen on the head, killing her after an attempted robbery of her drug dealing boyfriend, Dale Boender. Both Boender and Allen had been bound by lengths of electrical cord cut from Boender's vacuum cleaner.   Allen sustained a fatal head wound which fractured her skull and lacerated her brain.   Boender suffered a skull fracture but was conscious and semicoherent when police arrived.   He was not questioned until the next day.

David Barnett Missouri

David Barnett is an inmate on death row in the state of Missouri.. Previously sentenced to death, but the sentence was overturned by a judge in 2015 Crime Barnett was waiting for his grandparents when they returned home around 1:00 p.m. He confronted his grandmother and pushed her down in the hallway. He then pushed his grandfather to the floor and grabbed a knife that was lying on the nearby kitchen table.
